How to request deletion of your data
Your Right to Data Deletion
At Travatar, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to:
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Travatar account
- A clear statement that you wish to have your data deleted
- Any additional details that may help us identify your data (e.g., organization name)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete the following data:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- Organization and workspace data associated with your account
- Domain configurations and tracking data
- AI visibility reports and analytics data
- Payment and billing information (subject to legal retention requirements)
Processing Timeline
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed. In some cases, we may need to retain certain data for legal or regulatory purposes, in which case we will inform you about the specific data retained and the reason for retention.
Data Deletion via Meta (Facebook)
If you connected your Meta (Facebook) account to Travatar, you can also request data deletion through Meta's platform. When you remove the Travatar app from your Meta account settings, we will automatically receive a deletion request and process it accordingly.
